删了微软拼音的故障

故障如下：
不能启动！！自检通过！！！进度条读取完毕！！启动windows时！！！关机！！并有以下提示：
  STOP:C000021a Unknow Hard Error
Unknow Hard Error
If this the first time you've seen this stop error screen
restart your computer .If the screen appears again .follow
these steps :
check to make sure any new hardware or software
properly installed
If this is a new installtion .ask your hardware or software
manufacturer or any windows 2000 updates you maight need
If problem continue .disable or remove any newly
installtion hardware or software .Disable BIOS memory
options .such as cachig or shadowing .
If youneed to use Safe M ade to remove or disable
componeats and then select Saft Made
Refer to your getting started manued for more
information on troubleshooting stop errors

解决方案：
  1重启n遍！！！-------失败
  2BIOS放电！！------失败
  3BIOS设置！------失败
  4安全设置！！！----无法进入安全模式---失败
  5最后一次正确配置！！---无法恢复---失败
  6换电源线！！---失败
  7重------------------装！！！--------成功！！！

请大家看看到底是怎么回事！！！！
