98的莫名问题？ 大虾们帮忙啊~~

机器配置如下： intel 810主板，显卡和声卡都是集成的，其他也很正常。

昨天换了一根内存，进去后发现不稳定，杀毒，杀了几个快乐时光，然后还是莫名其妙重起，于是换回原来的内存，结果进步去98了。格盘，再安装，也没用。fdisk，结果装98的时候还是不行……
出现如下提示：

你的内存好像有问题了哟!!
你在杀毒试试!!要用最新的软件!!
你用FDISK将所有的分区都去掉,用KV3000看看你的分区有无问题!!!!
