总是在100-200之间
不知道是不是正常？

网络电视有时会缓冲
网络游戏会定格，
怎样处理才能让他稳定一点呢？

看网络电视也要看服务器的情况。
要想稳定，看网络电视不缓冲，玩网游不定格，就要装宽带。

我看网络电视都缓冲……

大家帮我想想办法。
我这里是1M 的ADSL
在我以前看网络电视和玩网络游戏时
没有出现过这样的情况，

现在只是猫和主机近了一些，

换了二根网线，

其余都没有动过

主机装的的windows2000 server
用sygate代理，

		自动登录	找回密码
密码			注册
